1. How do I make my Outlook Contacts appear when sending an email
Go to the "Tools" menu & then select "E-mail Accounts..."
Select "Add a new Directory or address book"
Click on Next and then select Additional address book
Click on next and you'll then be prompted to restart Outlook 2003
After restarting click on the 'Folder list' button (bottom LHS of main Outlook 2003 window) and then right click on the 'Contacts' icon at the top left of the tree view. Select the 'Properties' item in the popup menu and then click on the Outlook Address book tab. You can then choose to have your personal contacts displayed as an Outlook Address Book
2. Origin is asking me for license details - what do I need to enter?
You need to enter flex.eps.hw.ac.uk in the field where Origin asks you about the license server and leave the TCP/IP field blank!
For simple problems with the more common Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel etc) then you can get some help for your question or problem by using the built in Help system. To use this with any Microsoft Application, just press the F1 function key.
When is the best time to switch off a workstation? Never! You should always leave your workstation's Base Unit switched on, but always log out when you leave at the end of the working day. It is okay to turn off the monitor.
